You then get the error message:

 

Tick the box before the line where the issue is and press on Edit Data:

It will bring you directly to the point where the issue is:

In this case the Commodity code is missing.

 

You have 3 options:

  1. Go to MM03 and check if the commodity code is in there for the part in plant 2060

 

Scroll down for foreign trade data

If nothing is there, we go to option number two:

  1. Go to mmbe and check the movements for earlier shipments. If you find one and that has the commodity code, please copy it and enter it in the DN which we want to send out. As soon as you enter it and save the delivery note, it will be complete and you will be able to distribute the DN.

The Comodity code filed can be reached on the DN by double clicking on the part where it is missing, then go to foreign trade/customs

  1. The last option is when you could not find it on your own. Please contact Zeiss (Sandra Schwender) to get it for us. As this is export control related, she is the responsible person to do it.
